Pricing and Service Terms
London to Switzerland chauffeur prices are quoted individually. The quotation considers the vehicle, Swiss destination, LeShuttle fare, French tolls, Swiss motorway requirements, chauffeur hours, waiting, comfort stops, overnight accommodation, luggage, winter access, and any return or onward itinerary.
Your written quotation confirms the agreed route, vehicle, crossing, scheduled stops, chauffeur accommodation where required, and the services included. Extra waiting, route changes, additional stops, ferry alternatives, toll changes, or extended disposal requested after confirmation are charged separately.
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the actual landing time. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle’s agreed hourly rate.
Hotel, residence, and office pickups include up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting. Longer waiting should be added to the itinerary.
Provide suitcase sizes, ski bags, pushchairs, mobility equipment, and other bulky items before confirmation. A Mercedes V-Class or additional luggage vehicle might be required.
Winter weather, border controls, LeShuttle disruption, road closures, and Alpine access restrictions affect timing. The operations team will discuss practical alternatives when the planned route changes.
Long routes might require chauffeur accommodation or a planned overnight stop. The quotation will state the arrangement and any included hotel cost.
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the service are normally free of cancellation charges. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the full agreed charge, unless different written terms apply.
