Please read these terms carefully. These terms & conditions apply to all transportation services and other services booked through our website, telephone, email, or SMS.
Data Protection Act
Under the Data Protection Act, London Direct Chauffeurs LTD has a legal duty to protect any personal information we collect from you. Your details will not be shared with any third party unless we have your explicit permission to do so.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- For all bookings (excluding wedding-related bookings), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. This also applies to bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. Otherwise, London Direct Chauffeurs LTD reserves the right to charge the full amount for the service.
- Wedding bookings cancelled within 14 days of the hire period will result in a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire period will result in a charge of the full booking amount.
- If the client fails to appear at the designated time and pick-up location, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
- All booking amendments made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up are free of charge. Amendments made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up, for either the same or a different date, may incur additional charges.
- Refunds for payments made by debit/credit card may take up to 10 working days to process.
Payments
- We accept most major credit cards as well as bank transfers.
- Full payment is required 24 hours before the booking takes place.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra mileage, and parking fees.
- Any extra charges, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking, or changes to the booking address, will automatically be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Our Services
- London Direct Chauffeurs LTD is a TfL-licensed private hire vehicle operator. We only accept bookings for chauffeur-driven travel directly from our clients/passengers.
- Chauffeurs are not permitted to accept booking requests directly. Please book via our website, email at info@londondirectchauffeurs.com, or call us at +44 7308009009.
- A quotation will be provided before the booking is confirmed, based on the details and requirements you provide.
- A confirmation email or message will be sent prior to the journey, detailing all booking information.
- The contract for all bookings is between the client/passenger (i.e., the person or company booking and paying for the service) and London Direct Chauffeurs LTD.
- London Direct Chauffeurs LTD is responsible for both accepting the booking and providing the transportation services.
- We accept upfront payments only, directly from the client.
- Any liability related to the transportation services lies with London Direct Chauffeurs LTD.
- London Direct Chauffeurs LTD reserves the right to cancel any booking. All bookings are subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by them to the interior and/or exterior of the hired vehicle. Repair charges will apply to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
- London Direct Chauffeurs LTD maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all vehicles.
- Our chauffeurs will drive at safe and reasonable speeds, in compliance with road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits.
- London Direct Chauffeurs LTD reserves the right to change the assigned vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
- Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour poses a threat to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.
- While we strive for punctuality, London Direct Chauffeurs LTD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures).
- London Direct Chauffeurs LTD is not responsible for any loss or damage to clients’ personal property. All belongings are carried at the client’s own risk. If an item is left in the vehicle, we will assist with its return, provided the client covers any postage costs.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
